For the first time, prizes presented at the annual Ignite Health’s Fire Pitch competition included a Marketing Communications Award from Newman & Newman, Inc. valued at $20,000. Origin Healthcare, which provides acute hospital services to patients in their homes, was selected from among eight women-led digital health and medical device finalists competing from across the nation, at the November 3 event.

“We wanted to take our support of women-led companies in the innovation sector to the next level by awarding a consulting package designed to elevate the winning company’s communications and the impact of its story,” said Newman & Newman President Kelli Newman, APR.
